These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pleumeparis.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from Levix LLC ("Pleume Paris," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products, Pricing, and Availability

We work to display our products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, and to limit, cancel, or refuse any order — including after an order has been placed — for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled items.

Orders and Acceptance

Your submission of an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation or ship the product. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion as described above.

Payment

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, and product coverage by our Limited Warranty (included in the Refund Policy page). Each is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content on the Site — including the Pleume Paris name and logo, text, images, graphics, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Levix LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to infringe our or others' rights, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Except for warranties expressly stated in our Limited Warranty and any rights you have under applicable law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levix LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Governing Law
