Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Pleume Paris purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns, refunds, and warranty coverage work. This policy is offered by Levix LLC.

 

30-Day Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived damaged or defective (see below).
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.


How to Start a Return

Email support@pleumeparis.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions, as this may delay your refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except for damaged or defective items. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@pleumeparis.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost to you once the issue is confirmed.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.


Limited Warranty

Your Pleume Paris device is covered by a two (2) year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the terms below.

What is covered. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, personal, household use during the warranty period. If we determine that a covered defect exists, we will, at our option, repair or replace the affected device or component. Repair or replacement is your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

What is not covered. This warranty does not cover, and we reserve the right to decline claims for:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, drops, or mishandling;
  • Liquid or moisture damage beyond the product's intended use;
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic marks, scratches, or discoloration;
  • Damage from improper cleaning, storage, or operation contrary to the product instructions;
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or the use of non-approved parts or accessories;
  • Commercial, rental, or other non-personal use; and
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or without a valid proof of purchase.

How claims are handled. To make a claim, email support@pleumeparis.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the defect. Valid proof of purchase is required. We may ask you to return the device, at your expense, so we can inspect it. Each claim is reviewed individually, and we determine in our reasonable judgment whether a reported issue is a covered defect or falls under an exclusion above. If a returned device is found to be free of a covered defect, we may return it to you and you will be responsible for return shipping.

Legal note. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state. Some states, including California, do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or on how long they last, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in this warranty limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.

Shipping Policy

Below is how we process and ship orders at Pleume Paris (Levix LLC).


Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.


Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT on a business day are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and U.S. holidays, ship the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.


Shipping Cost & Delivery Time

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders.
  • Estimated delivery is 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.


Wrong or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us at support@pleumeparis.com and we will do our best to resolve it!


International Orders

Pleume ships to select destinations outside the United States. For all international orders:

  • Shipping is paid by the customer. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and are not included in the product price. International shipping is not free.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are set and collected by the destination country's customs authority or the delivering carrier, are separate from the product price and shipping cost you pay at checkout, and are typically billed to you at or after delivery.
  • We cannot calculate or predict these charges. Customs rules and rates vary by country. If you're unsure what you may owe, please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
  • Refused or unclaimed international packages. If a package is returned to us because import charges were declined or the package went unclaimed, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any product refund will be reduced by return-transit costs incurred.
  • Delivery times for international orders are estimates and may be extended by customs processing in the destination country.
